This shows the two new directories which should be in the snapshot

This shows that only one of them is in the snapshot.

This shows the time and date of the snapshot creation – note that it is later than the time/date of the directories.

This is the part of the log referring to the backup.

And this shows the file properties of the one directory that wasn’t in the snapshot.
